Accomodation
• All suits have a sea view, satellite TV and telephone, mini-bar, hair drier, safe and AC.
• The price in the price list is for a daily rent and includes: breakfast, rent, use of swimming-pool,  parking lot , daily cleaning and cleaning on a departure day.

• Accommodation of one person in the suite - 20 % off.
• For stays shorter than 3 nights price is 30% higher.

Half board
Hotel is proud of its creative cuisine based on Istrian and Mediterranean tradition and as a well known gastro destinations we invite  you to taste our rich and creative Menu Teroire (dinner – Half board - 3 courses). Menu Teroire is excellent choice for those who want to taste the local food as our grandmothers used to prepare it , only from fresh ingredients which our chefs buy on the green market every day. In addition, our guests can order dinner from our a la carte menu (Menu Gourmet) . Hotel is very flexible when we are talking about the food for children , people with food disorder, vegetarians etc. This menus are available on request and all the time.
 
•Half board includes: buffet breakfast, dinner -  3 courses creative Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine (every day choice of tasteful dishes).
Price of Half board is 195,00 kn  (approx 26 euro) . For children of 3 to 11,99 years of ages price is 97,50 kn (approx 13 euro).

Extra Charge

• Room service 20% on the total price.Room service for breakfast is 37,50 kn
• Cot:  52,50 kn per day
• Pets: 112,50 kn per day ,on request only (minimum 525,00 kn per period of stay)
• Residence tax per person per day : 4,50 kn (nov-feb) ;   5,50 kn  (mar-may and Oct), 7,00 kn (Jun- sept)
• Check –in per person: 22,50 kn
• Cleaning on request: 90,00 kn
• Laundry service: available washing,ironing & dry cleaning-according to the pricelist
• Fax:  11,25 kn  / paige, only for sending

• For booking we charge 25% in advance
• The management reserves the right to change the prices in kuna in accordance with the changes of the exchange rate.
• Should the guest decide to leave the hotel before the date scheduled on reservation,or come letter,the guest will be subject to payment of the full price.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 0-14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
• Cancellations 15-30 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
• Cancellations 31-45 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
• Cancellations more than 46 days prior forfeit 25% of deposit
• For no-show we charge 100 %
• For early departures we charge 100% of the full price
